Regional Mobile Equipment Manager

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead regional equipment and fleet functions to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency
+ Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with corporate and manufacturing standards; Create and maintain 5-year replacement/rebuild plans for major mobile equipment
+ Collaborate with operations and procurement to optimize equipment lifecycle and utilization
+ Monitor fleet performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Drive implementation of SAP based maintenance system
+ Manage DOT compliance in conjunction with local business units; Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
+ Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and fleet operations, maintenance, and lifecycle planning
+ Demonstrated capability in budget management and cost control
+ Effective communicator with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
+ Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and fleet management systems; strong computer skills
**Work Environment**
This role involves a mix of office and field work across multiple sites within the region. Travel is required to support operational needs and team engagement.
