Demonstrate a strong regional knowledge which oversees HRS system usage including but not limited to understanding of local downstream impacts.… + Advise: Recommend and coordinate legally required regional changes. + Testing: Coordinate and execute regional testing for Workday releases and system changes, ensuring local alignment with new updates/functionality. + Compliance: Ensure data entry, usage and decommissioning within respective Region is aligned with global and local best practices. + Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions. Be up to date on company strategy decision to be up to date. + Collaboration: Work globally with various HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
