**Accountabilities**
•Lead local marketing team to localize central strategy
•Excellent execution on central & local projects
•Manage Local MKT budget to meet Repatha's sales target
•Develop the regional marketing team from project owner to transform to brand owner mindset
**Responsibilities**
**1. Strategy Implementation**
ØImplement the strategy of the central Marketing correctly as well as the management of projects and activities.
ØTransfer and design regional Marketing strategy and initiatives to align with Sales team
ØAnalyze the data to share conclusions in order to provide assistance for regional strategy development.
**2. Deliver commercial success**
ØOptimize short-Term and mid-Term investment for Repatha regional marketing resources for commercial success
**3. Execution Excellence**
ØStandardizing Project SOP and systematic implementation
ØRegional expense coordination and management
ØVoice collection of internal and external interface
**4. Develop Team and cross functional collaboration for ONE Team**
ØDevelop the regional marketing team from project owner to transform to brand owner mindset
ØBridge impact between CMKT and SALES and leverage cross functional collaboration for ONE Team sprit
**Minimum Requirements**
•Bachelor degree or above
•5 years experience in sales management and regional marketing, and >=2 years people manager experiences
•Strong business insights and strategic thinking for a broad view
•Large project management experience
•National and Regional top KOLs management experience
**Preferred Requirements**
•CMKT experience is preferred
•Experience in cardiovascular field is preferred
