Job Summary
Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation is seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Specialist to grow our brand and generate new business in the Charleston and Lowcountry region. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies that drive referrals, increase community awareness, and support the expansion of our services.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a creative mindset, a deep understanding of community outreach, and funding options available to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive referrals

Manage a monthly marketing calendar and coordinate outreach activities

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners

Attend and represent Elite at events, networking opportunities, and community functions

Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media and email marketing

Track marketing performance and submit weekly/monthly reports

Follow prospective clients from admissions hand-off to close, ensuring timely follow-up and successful enrollment into services

Stay informed on all client funding options to guide prospects effectively

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing

Knowledge of funding options for home care and adult day services

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Charleston/Lowcountry, SC

Schedule:

This position is primarily Monday–Friday, but occasional evening or weekend work may be required for community events or marketing activities.

Compensation & Benefits

Full Time, Exempt – This is a salaried position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
