Job Description
You will be an individual contributor and a strategic partner and growth enabler for the MES business unit by leading the development of MES portfolio marketing plans to support EMEA region and sub-region Department goals and priorities. You will report to Senior Marketing Manager.
Your Responsibilities:Develop the global MES portfolio marketing plan in partnership with the Business management, field marketing, enterprise selling sales team which supports the EMEA region and subregion strategic growth priorities driving solid focus on Return on investment, strengthening Rockwell Automation brand and accelerating customer decision making/buying process.Monitor important regional market trends and the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and areas for growth for the portfolio.Improve product launches into regions through proper launch process and stakeholder management.Deliver frequent marketing updates into regional partner teams. Including regular marketing activity updates, content additions, and performance readouts. Ensure feedback is represented in global portfolio plans.Collaborate with regional marketing teams, business, and enterprise software selling team on account projects. Develop 1:1/1: few ABM projects.The Essentials - You Will Have:A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.Overall 10+ Years on experience.2 – 5+ years of experience in portfolio marketing, field marketing and account-based marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies."In house" marketing experience.The ability to travel 20% of the time.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Dun and Bradstreet.Project management skills, high autonomy, and experience developing new markets.Experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns for specific personas and territories, project managing events, and partnering with sales to build field marketing programs that improve pipeline and revenue outcomes.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
