Regional Marketing Integration Manager

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Regional Marketing Integration Manager. The right candidate will serve as the primary liaison between field sales and marketing teams and national marketing leadership. This role is accountable for understanding assigned region and division business priorities, growth targets, competitive dynamics, and local market conditions to integrate marketing strategies through nationally managed channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Serve as the liaison between the division and corporate marketing to align regional insights with national planning

Integrate marketing strategy with sales execution to improve communication, foster accountability and maximize revenue

Oversee the implementation of divisional and community-level campaigns across nationally managed channels

Analyze regional market performance, competitive positioning, inventory status, and customer trends to inform marketing strategy recommendations

Partner closely with divisional sales leadership, divisional marketing managers, and operations teams to understand sales priorities, challenges, and opportunities

Collaborate with national channel teams (paid media, CRM/lifecycle, organic social, content, etc.) to develop division-specific campaign approaches

Manage intake, prioritization, and execution timelines between divisional teams and corporate marketing

Ensure brand standards, governance policies, and marketing compliance requirements are maintained across all regional initiatives

Support annual, quarterly, and community-level planning processes by aligning divisional needs with national marketing strategies

Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, communication flow, and marketing execution efficiency between field and national teams

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Ability to travel overnight

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

5 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, field marketing, commercial marketing, or integrated marketing environments

Knowledge of integrated marketing strategy development and performance measurement within a multi-channel, nationally managed marketing environment.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives

Proven ability to influence and align senior sales and marketing leaders

Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written/oral form or via DRH applications

Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision

The noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within homebuilding, real estate or multi-location consumer businesses preferred

Exposure to MarTech systems including CRM, paid media platforms, analytics dashboards, and digital campaign management tools

Experience aligning marketing strategy to revenue forecasting and sales operations
