**We are searching for the best talent for** **REGIONAL MARKET ACCESS DIRECTOR** **to be in Brazil, Mexico or Colombia.**
**Purpose:**
Creates and executes comprehensive market access strategies through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modeling activities.
**You will be responsible for** **:**
+ Designs, develops and implements an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivity.
+ Communicates the unique attributes of the therapeutic area drugs/medical devices to external multi-stakeholders to ensure the drug's/device's value proposition will be recognized and maximize market uptake.
+ Works collectively with payers, including HTA, reimbursement influencers and other decision makers to ensure the continuous changing reimbursement systems remain fair to all involved parties.
+ Develop strategic studies with the end-customer in mind to ensure that the results will favorably impact pricing, reimbursement and market access as well as market uptake.
+ Provides quantitative and qualitative pricing research.
+ Works with Health Economics/Outcomes Research to design pricing strategy.
+ Directs through lower management levels.
+ Has responsibility for managing a function that includes multiple related departments.
+ Establish policies appropriate for the function.
+ Interprets and recommends modifications to company-wide policies and practices.
+ Interacts with senior management, and others concerning matters of significance to the company.
+ Conduct business and technical briefings for senior and top management and for external representatives.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
+ Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
+ Analytical profile with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Productive, dynamic, and efficient in work planning and execution.
+ Ability to plan, communicate, and think outside the box to solve complex problems.
+ Advanced English.
+ Experience in market access, HEOR, and/or strategic business areas.
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles, managing social security/health insurance.
+ Experience and specific knowledge of the chronic and high‑cost treatments market.
+ Knowledge of the country’s healthcare system and market access conditions.
+ Understanding of health technology assessment principles and health economics.
Ability to critically interpret and use medical and HE literature.
+ Data analysis skills to interpret market information and integrate insights into market access plans.
+ Integrity and behavior aligned with the Credo.
+ Strategic thinking with creativity and innovation.
+ Holistic understanding with strong attention to detail.
+ Collaboration and teamwork.
