The role involves building a market-competitive ecosystem of partners, both commercial and educational, driven by market needs, including but not limited to localization. This role also includes working in collaboration with the MedTech Transformation lead, business unit heads, and the finance team on revenue assurance and gross margin improvement initiatives. · Responsible for achieving scale by expanding our universe of strategic accounts and getting to our top 100 customers who contribute around 60-80% of our business over a period of 2-3 years. + Build long term partnerships with strategic customers by providing innovative solutions to meet their needs + Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain /Logistics, Legal and Health Care Compliance Departments to demonstrate customer negotiations and ensure compliance of customer needs.
