Regional Manager Macarthur & South Coast

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Manager.  Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading a team of Delivery Service Supervisors (DSS) to ensure that all works are delivered on time, and in accordance with contractual specifications. Reporting to Operations Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall service delivery and performance of all projects in Macarthur, Southern Tablelands, South Coast and Southern Highlands. This role will work alongside all Regions and in partnership with Regional Managers. 

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
 

Client Account and relationship management and strong collaboration with client and key stakeholders.  Work closely with procurement and the client to negotiate programs of works.  Drive innovation across all programs of works and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Leading program of works including scheduling, reporting early notification of issues, communicating with all stakeholders, problem solving risks and issues  Leading the sites within each quarterly program of works and all environmental programs to ensure that jobs are delivered safely, cost effectively, with quality and within KPI’s and contract deliverables. Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators and response plans

What You’ll Bring

Degree level qualification in Project Management, Property Management, Facility Management, Construction or relevant. Facilities/Residential Management experience desirable but not essential. Proven fiscal skills and an ability to both manage costs and drive improved productivity. An ability to interpret data and make decisions based on evidence. Proven management level experience.
