Regional Manager, Line Maintenance, Amazon Air
Do you have a passion for aviation? Are you interested in helping grow air cargo operations from the ground up? Amazon Air is seeking highly motivated individuals to identify and develop game-changing air transportation solutions for Amazon’s middle-mile transportation network, with the goal of improving our customers’ experience.

This Regional Manager, Line Maintenance position is part of the Fleet Aviation Sourcing & Technical (FAST) group, which includes the TechOps organization responsible for all areas of aircraft maintenance across the entire Amazon Air organization globally. This Regional Manager, Line Maintenance position is a fundamental component of the FAST team to support worldwide performance with AIR carrier partners to identify and mitigate gaps in daily operations, reduce out of service (OOS) times to improve technical dispatch reliability (TDR), and improve performance in support of customer deliveries. This role will maintain cross-functional oversight of air carrier line maintenance operations at North America gateways for effective and efficient execution of the Amazon Air operation. This level of oversight creates synergies with internal operating groups to feed information on the effectiveness of a carrier’s capabilities based on their performance metrics, their ability to remove efficiency barriers, and opportunities to improve allocated space to expand capabilities at these gateways. This leader will collaborate closely with fleet reliability, maintenance operations (MXO), air carriers, and other teams to leverage in-depth aircraft maintenance and industry knowledge to deliver optimal performance for Amazon Air.

This position will create and execute a strategy to drive aircraft line maintenance efficiency and effectiveness enhancements through data driven continuous improvement, removing barriers and reducing OOS time to limit the effect on customers. An individual with experience in aircraft line maintenance and leadership roles to motivate excellence would fit Amazon Air's needs.
