The base pay for this position generally is between $96,300.00 and $205,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing and managing human resources policies and programs, including employee relations, equal employment opportunity compliance, and HR strategy execution. This role partners with leadership to support both short- and long-term organizational objectives, provide consultative HR guidance, and foster a high-performance culture across the business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Implement and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives in alignment with company goalsPartner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectivesProvide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure policies are administered fairly and consistentlySupport the integrity of performance management processes and employee development effortsManage organizational change and provide consultation to leaders and supervisorsAssist with complex investigations and escalated employee issuesEnsure HR activities and local procedures remain compliant with company guidelines and regulatory requirementsMonitor processes and maintain accurate employee files and HRIS recordsReview and oversee unemployment and workers’ compensation claimsMaintain knowledge of employee benefit programs and oversee annual enrollment processesHelp build and sustain a high-performance culture across the organizationOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience
5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experiencePreferred Qualifications
