Regional Licensing CoordinatorPRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist in processing and maintaining corporate Wholesale Distributor and Controlled Substance licenses for company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers the licensing process for assigned licenses.Assists with obtaining specific individual licenses for new program implementation.Assists in maintaining a database containing the status of licenses made available via the Internet and further compliance tracking and reporting.Assists in developing and maintaining a library of resource documents, including copies of current regulations governing licensing, individual specific licensing applications and related materials.Assists operations managers with obtaining local business licenses.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Legal or claims related experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the claims management industry.Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesWORK ENVIRONMENT
