Apply now for the position of Regional Learning & Development (L&D) Manager and you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and align training needs, co-design curriculum and initiatives to meet business and people development needs.
Your role:
You will co-develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives for Region APJ with the HR leadership team and PC leads.You will partner with the global Learning teams and Talent Development community to build and deliver effective learning solutions (APJ Learning Landscape) to support organizational growth.You will work closely with global team to ensure successful landing of global leadership program in the region.You will oversee & manage annual L&D planning across all APJ zones by leveraging L4U (Learning management system) and operations continuous improvement in the learning methodology by incorporating various delivery strategies such as e-learning, simulations, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches.You will support the relevant Talent development initiatives, including leadership and emerging talent development program e.g. regional rising leader program.You will partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support learning initiatives.You will leverage internal and external resources to ensure the high-quality implementation of learning programs.You will work on other projects/tasks assigned in related to People and Culture.You will support regional and global projects (Asia, North America and Europe.
Your expertise:
Minimum 8-10 years global / regional learning and talent management role, or in a Professional HR consulting firmExceptional understanding of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies and moreAbility to engage and influence all levels of employees and leadersStrong business acumen, stakeholder management and consultation skills in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective solutionsCreative and innovative mindset Excellent command of written and spoken EnglishProven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to drive implementation.
