**What You’ll Do** **:**
The role of GCC Regional Key Account Manager is one our most critical appointments, Implementing Abbott Toxicology Strategies & Initiatives in the assigned territory and managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the territory of responsibility. Primary responsibilities include:
+ Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
+ Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
+ Is in charge of sales expansion, introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
+ Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
+ Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
+ Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.
+ Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced, Migrate information to appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs
+ Generate New Leads and hand them to our distributors then follow up their conversion into customers.
+ Capture new opportunities in the Market
+ Penetrate new segments specially Workplace & Law enforcement segments
+ Accountable for building and delivering In-Market results for Toxicology in the region to maximize revenues.
+ Build, Maintain and Expand strong partnerships with Key Accounts, KOLs And Policy Makers across all customer segments.
+ Provide forecasts, business reports and action plans as required on a timely basis, re-evaluating on a regular basis performance against forecast and budget.
+ Support our distributors in the field for their Annual Agreed Forecast.
+ Ensure all SFE metrics delivered.
+ implement International Strategies & Campaigns in his assigned territory and ensure execution excellence.
+ Refer customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
+ Ensure that all standing Regulatory and Quality, and Ethical Procedures are followed as per company policies.
**Required Qualification:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a scientific area. additional studies in Business _(desired but not essential)_
+ Diagnostics, Medical Device industry experience will be considered an asset.
+ At least 10 years’ industry experience with good track record in Sales & Key Accounts Management, preferably with an international healthcare company.
+ Consistent track record of achieving his plans 7 Targets
+ Demonstrable track record in building & maintaining relationship with end customers.
+ Thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry in GCC (Regulations, Authorities, Sales Channels, Tenders, LPOs…)
+ Toxicology Experience _(desired but not essential)_

+ Fluent in building / constructing compelling business cases.

+ Problem-Solving Skills.
+ Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices.
+ Experience with CRM systems preferred (SFDC experience is a plus)
+ Strong command of English language (written & verbal). French language is advantageous.
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
