Job Summary

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with our most influential on-premise accounts, helping to bring our exceptional brands to life for consumers across the region. This role is your opportunity to craft and execute business plans that drive growth, visibility, and profitability—all while collaborating with passionate colleagues and top-tier customers. This is a 15 month contract position.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute annual business plans for each key regional account, driving sales volume, value, visibility, and profitability.Grow net sales and brand share by activating customized promotional programs in collaboration with Trade Marketing.Lead quarterly business reviews and deliver compelling presentations to drive long-term customer engagement.Use customer and consumer insights to create account-specific solutions and identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, and Regional Managers to ensure seamless execution.Manage trade spend within budget while ensuring a strong return on investment and profitability.Proactively identify and secure new opportunities within multi-unit and emerging on-premise channels in alignment with strategic objectives.

Required qualifications

5+ years in a key account management role within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG), beverage alcohol, or hospitality/service industry.Proven success in developing and executing account-specific strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as CGA by Nielsen IQ or PowerBI to uncover insights and inform decisions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree required.Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to travel as needed to support customer relationships.
