Key Account Management
• Manage key accounts and relationships with related personnel within designated marketplaces to ensure strong, long-term partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability on multiple e-commerce platforms such as Nykaa, Amazon etc and modern trade platforms including Apollo, Nobel Plus etc.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, analyzing promotional ROI, sales growth, and overall engagement.
• Negotiate and finalize Annual Business Plans with all key accounts, with quarterly reviews to implement necessary changes.
Operational Excellence:
• Work with the supply chain team to manage shipments and Purchase Orders (POs) to reduce stock-out time.
• Lead monthly supply chain meetings to review performance indicators such as stock fulfillment, availability and delivery timeliness and to conduct joint forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to pilot, measure and scale up e-commerce initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews of best practices and learnings within the team and the region.
Analytics and Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Utilize data-oriented skills to work with management on forecasting future performance.
• Develop insights on competition, industry trends and products through continuous market research.
