We are looking for a **Regional Integrated Brand Manager** for the **Biopharma Division** , based in **Petaling Jaya, Malaysia** , who will drive the execution of integrated brand marketing plans and initiatives across **Southeast Asia and South Asia** , ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
**What your main responsibilities will be**
You will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead the rollout and execution of regional marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
+ Localize promotional materials and develop digital content to enhance customer engagement.
+ Conduct product training and ensure consistent messaging across markets.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to adapt and implement marketing strategies.
+ Monitor marketing performance and KPIs, and propose improvements.
+ Conduct basic competitor and market trend analysis.
+ Engage with KOLs and support customer relationship building and education.
+ Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and corporate standards.
+ Act as a liaison with global teams to streamline initiatives in the GAP region.
+ Integrate digital tools and platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
+ Serve as a power user of Veeva PromoMats for content management and compliance.
**Who you are**
The ideal candidate will bring:
+ A degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
+ At least 3 years of experience in brand or digital marketing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.
+ Experience managing distributor or affiliate-led markets (preferred).
+ Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats (a plus).
+ Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Proficiency in digital platforms and knowledge of pharmaceutical digital regulations.
+ A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
+ Fluency in English (written and spoken).
