Regional IFM Lead (EMEA)
Locations: Hungary (Ullo), Slovakia
About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused IFM Lead (FM Operations) to join JLL on a high-profile client account. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services across multiple sites within EMEA, ensuring effective implementation of facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to meet operational goals of both the client and the organization.
What This Job Involves
Operational Leadership
Oversee delivery of comprehensive facility services including maintenance and repairs, vendor management, space planning, and health and safety compliance
Monitor service delivery standards, performance metrics, and CPIs/KPIs to ensure operational excellence and meet client expectations
Manage FM leads and subject matter experts across the region to support delivery teams
Ensure consistent reporting and coordination regionally using data to drive strategic decisions
Team Management
Lead a team of facility management professionals, including Facility Managers, Facility Coordinators, and Support Staff across multiple locations
Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure teams have necessary resources, training, and tools to fulfill their roles effectively
Work with regional Human Resources on recruitment, selection strategies, and performance management
Develop and implement regional training and skills development programs
Client and Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand facility management needs and ensure satisfaction
Address client concerns and maintain regular contact to stay informed of current strategy, thinking, policies, and procedures
Prepare regular reports and provide updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders
Present at governance meetings and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Financial and Contract Management
Manage regional IFM budget, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth
Manage vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance and performance standards
Evaluate vendor performance regularly and initiate corrective actions when necessary
Continuous Improvement and Compliance
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and innovation within the IFM program
Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with local regulations, HR, Legal and compliance along with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Promote sustainable practices and develop initiatives to minimize environmental impact

Essential Requirements:
Strong FM background with proven ability to understand and manage hard service/soft service delivery
Demonstrated experience supporting and leading site-based teams across multiple service lines
Proven track record in contract management and team management
Ability to work independently with capability to drive positive impacts
Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings opportunities
Strong client relationship and people management skills
Excellent communication skills (English and local language where applicable)
Willingness to travel regularly to support European-wide delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in facilities management or operations
Experience in manufacturing/logistics environment preferred
Six Sigma or process improvement experience advantageous
Relevant engineering or facilities management qualification preferred but not essential

Proven ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
