Regional HRIS Associate

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional HRIS Associate position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as the SuccessFactors Employee Central administrator across the region, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and timely updates. Support HR teams with operational tasks such as employee data management, reporting, and troubleshooting system issues. Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and digitalization projects. Assist in user access management, workflow configurations, and testing of new functionalities. Provide first-level support to HR users and escalate technical issues when needed. Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Tech-savvy with an interest in HR digitalization and system optimization. Good communication skills and ability to work with regional stakeholders. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
