Open Permanent Positions (candidates have to be available to work all shifts for the permanent position)

P1 Mon-Fri 0700-1500 P2 Mon-Fr 1500-2300 P3 Mon-Fr 2300-0700 P4 Sat/Sun 0700-1900 P5 Sat/Sun 1900-0700 Responsibilities for Health Centre Security Guard Patrol sensitive areas (interior/exterior) to deter and detect suspicious activity. Manage access control and identity verification for secure zones. Respond promptly to alarms, site codes, and incidents; take appropriate action to stabilize situations. Monitor and verify proper operation of protection systems (CCTV, alarms), and conduct on-site checks. De-escalate conflicts professionally and maintain order while upholding property rules and by-laws. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders during serious incidents. Communicate clearly via radio and in person with clients, visitors, and team members. Document incidents, observations, and actions taken through accurate reports and logs. Perform proactive patrols and lock/unlock routines to maintain safety and security Qualifications for Health Centre Security Guard MB Security Guard licence (or eligible) and legal right to work in Canada. 1+ year in security/protective services or high-volume customer service. Access control & ID verification; clear radio communication. Strong situational awareness; rapid response to alarms/codes; confident de-escalation. Solid report writing (incident/DAR/maintenance); basic CCTV/alarm/access-control proficiency. Fit for patrols (standing/walking/stairs); available nights/weekends/holidays; professional with clients and emergency services.
