Overview of the role:
The Regional Head – Power & Marine Division is responsible for setting and executing the strategic and operational direction of the business across the region. This role leads all aspects of sales, service, and support for generator systems, energy storage solutions, and marine propulsion technologies. It combines commercial and technical leadership to drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize team performance.
What you will do:
Develop and execute regional strategies in line with divisional goals. Lead business growth across generator, energy storage, and marine engine product lines. Manage key client relationships and oversee major negotiations. Drive operational excellence across sales, service, engineering, and logistics. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Mentor and build high-performing cross-functional teams. Stay abreast of market and technological developments.
Required skills to be successful:
Strong leadership and team management experience. Proven commercial and operational expertise in technical industries. Ability to drive business growth while maintaining customer focus. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

You will lead a dynamic and cross-functional regional team spanning sales, service, engineering, and logistics functions. The team is focused on delivering top-tier technical solutions and outstanding customer experiences across industrial and marine markets.
What equips you for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, or Energy Systems (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in power generation, energy storage, or marine propulsion, including 5+ years in leadership. Deep technical understanding of generator systems, ESS, and inboard/outboard engines. Demonstrated success managing regional operations and P&L responsibilities.
