Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Supporting human capital services, including global mobility, data and reporting, HR transformation, HR operating model and service delivery, talent management, etc.

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

Educational Background 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration 

 

Experience 

Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience.  

Excellent professional judgement and ability to propose alternative solutions to complex issues.  

Possess a “can do” attitude and client service mentality.  

Ability to pro-actively manage expectations and challenge others in a professional manner.  

Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.  

A strong performance track record.  

 

Essential Skills: 

Project Management experience. 

Stakeholder Management experience. 

Curiosity, a strong desire to learn. 

Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). 

Data Visualization Experience; has background either of the following: Canva, Photoshop, etc.). 

Background with Deck Writing. 

Strong communication skills; able to write and communicate in English competently. 

Knowledge with Power BI and Alteryx is a plus.
