Kforce has a client in Brookfield, WI that is looking for a Regional Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial accounting and analysis skills, the ability to communicate cross-functionally, and multi-site experience. You will report to the Corporate Controller. This position is primarily onsite with periodic travel across the United States. Responsibilities: * Manage the monthly financial close process for the assigned region * Regional Finance Manager will analyze monthly financial results and prepare MD&A-style reporting * Lead development of regional and brand-level budgets and forecasts * Monitor and ensure accuracy of daily job costing data in coordination with local teams * As a Regional Finance Manager, you will oversee activities of local accounting teams, offering direction and support as needed
