Job Title: Regional Finance Lead – Client Site
Location: North Gate Phase II, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru
Work Schedule: 6 days working
The Regional Finance Lead will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, analysis, budgeting support, and performance insights for a key JLL-managed client account. Based full-time at the client site in Yelahanka, this role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and informed decision-making while partnering closely with operations and client stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for the client account.Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities in line with JLL finance policies and timelines.Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization levers.Track revenue, costs, and profitability for the account, ensuring accurate client billing and internal reporting.Perform detailed cost analysis and monitor spend against approved budgets.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records with JLL policies and client contractual requirements.Coordinate with operations, procurement, HR, and site teams to gather financial inputs and provide actionable insights.Support internal and external audits, including documentation and response to audit queries.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.Act as a finance business partner to the account leadership team, supporting commercial and operational decisions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA / CMA / MBA – Finance preferred).8–12 years of experience in finance roles such as FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, or client finance.Prior experience in FM, Real Estate, Corporate Services, or multi-site client accounts is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost control, and profitability analysisTechnical & Functional SkillsAdvanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP / Oracle / Workday / Power BI is a plus)Strong financial modeling and analytical skillsAbility to manage large data sets with accuracyKey CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh ownership, attention to detail, and accountabilityAbility to work independently in a client-facing environmentCommercial mindset with strong business acumenProcess improvement and problem-solving orientationWhat Sets This Role ApartOpportunity to work on a high-visibility client accountDirect exposure to client leadership and site operationsStrong scope for finance business partneringPart of JLL’s global Corporate Solutions platformLocation:
