Regional Finance Lead, Work Dynamics
What this job involves:
Business Partnering and Contract Management
Support the Regional Account Director, the Regional Account team and the Global Finance Director in business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other pricing advice in partnership with the client and stakeholdersCommunicate clear timelines, ownership, objectives and guidelinesEnsure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysisIdentify market trends and changes in pricing models to develop recommendations with a focus on value-creating outcomes for JLL and our clientsPartner with account leaders to execute contract design changes and scope managementCommercial Management
Managing the commercial relationship and duties of the contract. Taking lead on all commercial mattersLeading the Commercial Meeting and provide support to the Operational Governance Meeting and Annual Review Meeting.Implementing and monitoring of the contract change procedures, advising on contract variations and maintaining an accurate database. Capture potential CCN for FMR project works and policy updateInvoice Payments and Billing
Develop and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable processAccountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cash flow.Reporting, Forecasting and Planning
Lead management and oversight of all reporting, forecasting and planning, analyzing operational data across the client’s property portfolio and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is providedGuide the finance team toward completing budget, operating reviews and forecast activities in an accurate, consistent and timely fashionProvide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting and variance analyses for client and corporate requirementsProvide annual budget and quarterly forecasts for both client and corporateData Management, Policies, Procedures and Audit Planning
Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactionsEnsure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processesPeople Management
Provide effective strategic leadership and direction to account finance team by encouraging a culture of open and constructive collaboration and teamworkHire, attract, and retain a team of top talent; provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvementEnsure all finance staff are well trained on the financial systems and are effectively able to extract dataAs member of the Regional Leadership and Global Finance teams provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the Leadership & extended leadership team.Act as primary liaison with the Client’s Finance teams.Actively looking for innovations within your area of responsibilities to add value to the client and the JLL businessClient Relationship Management

Manage a team of 13 providing effective strategic leadership and coaching and mentoring the teamEnsure the team is structured to maintain & exceed the client’s financial expectations.Act as manager and coach for the team ensuring high staff morale, trust, work ethics, clear goals and performance reviews.Develop annual objectives and succession plans for all roles in the regional finance team, Process mapping and efficiency analysis.Promotes a culture of teamwork and collaborates across other functional verticals within the firm in adopting/sharing of best practicesFinancial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL)
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team with respect to the annual budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycleEnsure that accurate and timely financial information is provided to all members of the management teamMaintain a thorough understanding of the Client’s accounting structure and associate systems. Translate that knowledge to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of financial dataDevelop, maintain & deliver in a timely manner, the Client’s approved financial formats across the regionCoordinate and track the cost savings initiatives, benchmarking and implementing best practicesAccountable for consolidating the Jones Lang LaSalle regional annual profitability plan and subsequent forecastsReview capital plan proposals and ensure activities are aligned to Clients’ Capex PoliciesInvoice Payment & Processing
Ensure the country teams are effectively managing: Processing and payment of all property operating expenditure invoices, in accordance with legal obligationsAccountable for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivableWorking with the team / Shared Service Centre and operations team to meet client deliverablesControls & Compliance; Policies & Procedures & Audit:
