Roles & Responsibilities :
Strictly adhere to agreed-upon methodologies and financial control processes.
Ensure high-quality financial reporting to the JLL Finance/Account Team and clients.
Meticulously consolidate, review, and analyze submitted account financials to ensure accuracy of accruals and costs.
Collaborate closely with regional finance leads on commercial management, focusing on budget planning, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and savings tracking etc...
Cultivate strong relationships with finance teams through regular reporting and prompt resolution of queries and information requests.
Swiftly analyze process and performance trends, identifying issues and proposing effective corrective solutions.
Assist the regional finance team and managers in achieving timely and accurate reporting objectives.
Provide comprehensive support for quarterly reviews and annual budget reviews with the regional finance team.
Conduct thorough analyses on areas for improvement, demonstrating year-on-year enhancements in budget & forecast processes.
Liaise with JLL global Finance team & JLL regional finance lead to establish clear timelines, ownership, objectives, and guidelines for regional account financials & its deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting roles within a global or regional environmentPrevious experience working with JAPAC region teams preferredExperience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services industry strongly desiredClient-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel VBA/Macros, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Experience with financial modeling and data visualization toolsFamiliarity with business intelligence or reporting platforms preferredAnalytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data managementCommunication excellence including written and verbal skills for multi-stakeholder environmentsCultural agility and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, international teamsAdaptability to work flexibly across multiple time zones and changing business requirementsProblem-solving orientation with proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutionsLeadership potential with ability to mentor and develop team membersTime management skills with proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesLocation:
