We're looking for a Regional Field Aftersales Engineer for Home Comfort to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Tasks & Responsibilities

The Regional Field Aftersales Engineer position is a mainly field role and is responsible for all regional aspects and daily functions of their assigned territory. This position supports the necessary business and product metrics required to meet the company's goals and objectives. The position will be responsible for: aftersales/service/commissioning program, troubleshooting, spare parts, technical training for customers and internals, national skills certification exams, etc.  

Provides technical support to the Field Sales & Service organizationAnswers and responds to product application, installation, equipment capabilities, key requirements and service questionsTroubleshoots system failures via information from service techniciansManage and organize product technical training for customers, distributors and employeesAssists in developing annual department budget and endures to deliver all milestones within agreed budget and timeEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and company policiesSupport the development of service improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous process optimization

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

5+ year HVAC systems in Residential and Light Commercial sector requiredStrong technical knowledge of heating, cooling, and air conditioning system components and operationsUniversity degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environmentCritical thinking and problem solving of technical problems, outstanding organizational skillsProficiency in managing multi-task projectsExcellent interpersonal skillsFluent English in written and verbal.Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
