**Summary**
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee site Facility Maintenance Technicians. This is a full-time Support Center position with direct reports in the field. Travel is required 3 days per week.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Management, Training and Development of Regional Operations Facilities Team members assigned.
+ Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
+ Creation of new FMT Checklist. Establish a process to validate completion.
+ Follow up on compliance of DEF Heat Trace Checklist and Winter Checklist.
+ Utilize various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests. (ServiceChannel or other CMMS)
+ Participate in company sponsored safety training classes.
+ Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
+ Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment within the FMT’s area of responsibility.
+ Track performance- resolution of work orders, track cost savings of internal work order completion.
+ Inspect multiple facilities following a comprehensive facility maintenance assessment; perform preventative maintenance repairs and safety audits.
+ Proactively collaborate as needed with Operations RVP/DM on maintenance needs at the sites.
+ Advise Operations of maintenance concerns and ensure creation of work order requests.
+ Communicate with multiple teams and management on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure compliance and consistency regarding maintenance projects.
+ Collaborate with FMT’s to review and resolve open maintenance issues.
+ Travel is required about 75%
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ HS Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Trade or Vocational School required.
+ Valid state driver’s license
+ Certifications in Fuel, HVAC and Plumbing Required.
+ 10 years of preventative maintenance required.
+ 5 years’ supervisory experience in multi- site operations.
+ Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, fuel and HVAC systems
+ Strong communication skills
+ Advanced understanding of construction practices
+ Experience using a work order management system.
+ Forklift and powered lift equipment certified.

Pay
Range
$55,000.00 - 90,000.00
annually - A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay
will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job
duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions

Conditions / Physical Requirements
In this role, the employee is
continuously sitting and typing, frequently talking and using eye and hand
coordination and may also be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch
