Role OverviewAs a Regional Facilities Manager, you ensure effective oversight and execution of preventive maintenance, support, training within a defined region of investments typically with less than 10,000 units. Provide feedback, guidance, and updates as appropriate to Service Managers, community teams, and Directors of Operations. Here are the roles you’ll play:
Qualifications 3+ years of stellar experience in increasingly responsible management positions within facilities managementHigh school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s licenseAbility to evaluate and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical equipment and systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with numbers and figuresKnowledge and experience in the review and application of NFPA life and fire safety codesStrong understanding of OSHA standards and SDS regulationsAbility to travel approximately 50-60%; availability to work all shifts, including weekendsSolid experience utilizing MS Office About CortlandFounded in 2005, Cortland is an international, vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and management firm with a resident-centric approach to living experiences.
