**You are**  **an integral team member providing leadership**  **for**  **our teams**  **executing our facility management deliverables**  **and day-to-day**  **operational requirements**  **.**  **This role will**  **provid**  **e**  **support**  **to**  **our EMEA**  **IFM**  **Director**  **by**  **managing**  **several sites and associated contracted related scope of work.**
  
  
**With your operational**  **Regional /**  **EMEA experience,**  **you will help embed**  **operational best practices, robust governance, and overall**  **day**  **-**  **to**  **-**  **day**  **management**  **across the account**  **.**  **You will work closely with our**  **client**  **on executing their**  **strategy**  **and supporting your team**  **.**   **  **
  
  
**You will**  **anticipate**  **and meet**  **the**  **needs**  **of the team and client to ensure an**  **elevated**  **level of service.**  **You will**  **provide insight and guidance**  **by**  **utilizing**  **operational data and information.**
  
  
**R**  **esponsibilities**
  
  
+  **Reviews**  **and**  **contributes to client's strategic plans and creates and implements associated**  **programmes**  **and team development  **
  
+  **Collaborative working and solutioning with your client stakeholders**  ** **
  
+  **Provides vision, strategy support, and guidance for scope of EMEA services **
  
+  **In partnership with the**  **EMEA**  **IFM**  **Director, advise**  **and support**  **on site issues, incidents,**  **escalation**  **s**  **and innovations**
  
+  **Support your team and**  **Account**  **team with**  **governance relating to the KPI framework, QBRs and account rhythm of business**
  
+  **Recommend and implement improved ways of working to achieve**  **our**  **goal of continuous improvement and best practices**
  
+  **Support**  **your team and Account team**  **, where**  **required**  **, with process**  **improvements**
  
  
**Safety & Integrity**
  
  
**You work with your team to ensure the correct implementation of the QHSE and Integrity guidelines**  **of**  **both the client and CBRE. Your due diligence**  **and experience**  **in**  **assessing site compliance for supplier contractor processes and**  **permit to**  **work processes is vital.**
  
  
**Team Management**
  
  
**You lead by example and support your team’s training and development needs.**  **You’ll**  **be managing teams in various EMEA locations and thus experience of virtual management and**  **ways of working is essential.**  **Empowering your team to perform and excel should be your natural management style.**
  
  
**Financial Management**
  
  
**You support your team with budget management and provide**  **expertise**  **for savings initiatives, cost management, budget**  **creation**  **and supplier RFPS where**  **required**  **.**
  
  
**Competencies & Experienced Required**
  
  
+  **EMEA experience across multiple countries**
  
+  **Proven experience of working with multiple client stakeholders in various locations**
  
+  **Ability to manage direct reports and corresponding teams in a virtual environment**
  
+  **Experience**  **with data systems, data**  **analytics**  **and**  **creating reports**  **  **
  
+  **Proven ability to guide and coach team members across EMEA, physical and virtual **
  
+  **Excellent**  **management**  **, written/verbal**  **communication**  **and interpersonal skills **
  
+  **Self-motivation and organizational skills**  **to complete projects**  **in a timely manner**
