Regional (EMEA) Engineering Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of engineering services at regional level. The role will focus on the day-to-day management of Hard Services, ensuring compliance, system reliability, and consistent maintenance standards across the facilities.
This includes supporting Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs, assisting with asset lifecycle tracking, contributing to incident management and basic root cause analysis, and coordinating with service partners to ensure effective service delivery.
You will be involved in the operation and monitoring of core engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, FLS, plumbing), supporting audits, assisting in the preparation of technical scopes of work, and ensuring safe and compliant operations.
The role will require collaboration with the client, site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all engineering services meet operational needs, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Support the day-to-day delivery of engineering services at site level and across the region, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety, and quality requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of PPM programs to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime, using CMMS platforms (e.g., Azara, Corrigo, SAP.).
• Support incident management activities, including data collection, basic root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Maintain and update asset data, supporting lifecycle tracking and identifying potential risks or replacement needs.
• Assist in the preparation of technical scopes of work (SOW), including service descriptions, basic KPIs, and requirements for vendors.
• Support site audits and ensure compliance with engineering standards, statutory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Monitor vendor activities on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and in line with agreed scope.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments.
• Support performance tracking of service providers against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues when required.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives at site level.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Relevant technical qualification in engineering or building services (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
•2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or Engineering (site-based experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, UPS, fire life safety (FLS), and plumbing.
• Experience or exposure to Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and CMMS tools (e.g., Azara, Corrigo, SAP).
• Familiarity with incident management processes and an interest in developing root cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of health and safety practices, including permit-to-work systems and basic risk assessments (LOTO knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work closely with vendors and site teams to ensure service delivery.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in asset data and maintenance tracking.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
