Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Med Surg Educator RN, you will lead the development and delivery of nursing and clinical education programs across our organization, supporting both foundational and advanced practice. Your role is vital in promoting professional growth and ensuring high care standards.
Every day you will plan, conduct, and evaluate diverse educational initiatives, orientations, and trainings for clinical staff. You'll collaborate with leadership and regional teams to enhance patient care quality and cost-effectiveness through strategic educational support.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong instructional design, delivery skills, and expertise in patient care and adult learning. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and critical thinking are essential to align educational strategies with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Nursing and three years of Med Surg RN nursing work experience in the designated specialty area that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills and abilities.Washington State Registered Nurse LicenseBasic Life Support - CPR
