Regional Director of Operations

Insight Global is seeking an experience Regional Director of Operations to support an education management company.
This is a fulltime role that will require travel to schools within the region, and working remotely when not traveling.
This role will require general management oversight of a defined group (region) of schools, which may include elementary schools, preschools, Montessori schools, summer programs, and school-age programs. Ensures each school achieves financial objectives, delivers Endeavors curriculum and educational programs working closely in partnership with the Regional Director of Academics, and simultaneously meets the needs of all constituents: licensing, students, families, management, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Create a vision for the assigned region that is in harmony with the Endeavor vision, mission, and core values.
Build an effective team and build relationships with peers.
Reviews Family and Staff Surveys to develop and implement action plans for School Leaders.
Pursuit and maintenance of regional and national academic accreditation.
Development and delivery of Professional Development programs for School Leaders and teaching staff.
Collaborate with the Endeavor Academics department.
Manages region's Profit & Loss Statement to achieve or exceed planned financial and enrollment targets.
Ensures each school operates within budget, effectively managing receivables, which include bad debt, and regularly ensures that controllable expenses are in line with revenue.
Fully utilizes the business management systems and technology platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Recruit qualified staff, including recruiting staff for future needs.
Provide ongoing leadership development of School Leaders by consistently coaching and giving feedback.
Ensure orientation and onboarding is provided to all new staff, with all training milestones met.
Build and sustain a positive, collaborative culture by focusing on staff recognition and consistent communications
Collaborate with Endeavors Marketing team to build an effective marketing program to generate and retain enrollment.
Ensure schools are timely answering family inquiries.
Maintain proactive and positive relationships with families and prospective families.
Expectations of the role:
Establish regional annual and strategic objectives.
Identify and follow through on priorities.
Solve problems either individually or by collaborating with others.
Knowledgeable of each schools specific handbooks, policies, and related documents.
Work with a sense of urgency.
Visit all schools in their region at least once a month.
Document all school visits using the School Visit Summary report.
Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Accessible and responsive to families.
Accessible and responsive to school leaders.
Confront issues early and directly.
TRAVEL: Must be able to travel by air, rail, or motor vehicle to required school sites, training and development events. Expected travel to work site over 50%.
