Job Summary:
Exos is seeking a Regional Director to function as a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. This role serves as a key partner with one of Exos’ large global clients and will ensure successful service delivery, alignment with business strategies, and achievement of revenue targets. The Regional Director position requires periodic travel to oversee regional operations and collaborate with stakeholders.Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Act as a main point of contact for client account representatives to assure practices align with business objectives and provide expertise to the development of client fitness and wellness vision
Demonstrate management effectiveness via consistency with onsite supervision and a strong focus on customer care, partnering touch points and swift issue resolution.
Service Product Delivery
Focus and lead on time and quality of delivery, contract compliance, training and adherence, safety, strong team mentoring, coaching, engagement and support
Identify operational best practices and develop implementation models that can be leveraged account wide
Innovation
Oversee the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of innovative and integrated
fitness and wellness initiatives that optimize user experience, measurably contribute to client health
and productivity objectives, and result in improved outcomes
Reporting & Administration
Manage a suite of comprehensive reporting mechanisms, deliver current state updates and future thinking recommendations to multiple stakeholders, proactively deliver capital equipment projections, recommendations to achieve client financial objectives, manage contract and operational expenses, and fee-based services
Total Cost Management
Help to control cost of goods and services, able to demonstrate cost savings/avoidance without
compromising quality
Provide regular budget reviews, alignments and recommendations for key spends
In Addition to Key Objectives, Additional Responsibilities Include:
Oversee various services within client account to include: fitness and wellness solutions, operations management, and services such as group fitness, personal training, sports and recreation, massage
Oversee onsite teams responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of onsite fitness and wellness solutions within client account
Develop direct reports to excel at strategic client advising and relationship development, staff training and development, fitness and wellness program design, user-experience, operations management, risk mitigation approaches, financial forecasting, analysis and management
Develop and deploy cross-referral and integration strategies among client employee health management providers that show the impact of our efforts
Develop successful partnering efforts with Human Resources and Café Teams to cross promote employee wellness (fitness, nutrition, activities, social influencers, etc.).
Create and maintain systems to analyze key performance indicators, assuring the successful fulfillment of contractual deliverables
Develop and oversee accurate financial forecasting, analysis and reporting systems
Develop and maintain optimal client relationships, and provide expertise to the development of the client’s fitness and wellness vision
Provide leadership and deploy strategies to support a cohesive, multidisciplinary team within numerous locations throughout the US
Oversee the professional development of direct reports and coach managers to develop those they support
Build scalable solutions together with Exos team to pilot new and innovative fitness and wellness approaches
Implement systems to analyze key performance indicators, assuring successful fulfillment of contractual deliverables
Proficiencies:
Experienced in strategic planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of diverse fitness and wellness services
Uses a high-energy, collaborative, proactive and results-oriented approach to account management
Strong evidence of entrepreneurial initiative. Approaches role and associated responsibilities as if it is their own business
Well-versed and confident on evolving trends within fitness and wellness. Thrives on piloting new approaches and learning from failure to drive improved outcomes
Speaks and writes clearly, succinctly and professionally. Facilitates expectations and outcomes to direct reports, clients and other Exos stakeholders
Excels leading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance resources and services provided to customers
Strong inclination towards coaching and developing others in ways that improve how we manage accounts by leveraging the strengths of his/her team
Open to new ideas and flexible on approaches to accomplish results
Embraces constructive feedback as a way to improve the current state
Comfortable analyzing and making sense of large amounts of information to identify key considerations that should be acted upon
Embraces technology and effectively uses it to create efficiencies with minimal wasted effort

Qualifications:
BS/BA in health/fitness or related field
5 years of preferred similar experience
Advanced industry certifications preferred
Experience working in a high tech setting
Direct management experience – including staff and responsibility for overall programs and services
Multi Site management experience preferred
Proven experience in working as a provider with client stakeholders
Meaningful involvement with fitness and wellness organizations
Strong proficiency using Google Platform and Microsoft software, especially excel application
Must be able and willing to travel to multisite locations
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $95,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
