Responsibilities

As the Regional Director of Provider Recruitment, you will spearhead physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruitment across four ministry markets. You will be responsible for transforming organizational goals into actionable recruitment strategies, ensuring our communities have access to high-quality care.

 

Note: This is a remote position with travel required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Lead the physician and provider recruitment team through the full recruitment cycle. This includes coaching, development, and the prioritization of department operations, assigned searches, and special projects.Strategic Executive Partnership: Work closely with executives to prioritize new and replacement opportunities based on the organization’s overall business strategy.Operational Oversight: Lead recruitment teams in completing all search activities, including the development of recruitment plans, sourcing, screening, site visits, and the coordination of formal offers and employment agreements.Market & Community Alignment: Work with and through market leadership to bring high-quality providers to our ministries. Assist leadership in formulating recruitment plans by specialty based on strategic plans and community needs.Data Analysis & Industry Trends: Prepare and analyze statistical reports to monitor candidate flow and turnover. Evaluate healthcare recruitment trends—including economic and competitive conditions—to develop innovative strategic plans.Stakeholder Engagement: Manage the recruitment department’s relationship with Ministry Leadership across medical group operations, hospital and market leadership, and business development; providing necessary reporting to all key stakeholders.Results Accountability: Maintain responsibility for Ministry recruitment results, ensuring that targets are met and all efforts remain aligned with business goals.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences Bachelor's degree required, MBA, MHA or other Master’s degree preferredPreference for candidates with 4-6+ years of physician and provider recruitment experience, preferably in a leadership function
