At FutureCare our Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager will oversee operations for nursing services and patient care of hemodialysis facilities at all FutureCare locations to ensure the safe, therapeutic nurse management of End State Renal Disease patients (ESRD). This role reports to the Director of Dialysis Services.

Salary Range $124,800K-135,200K

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities Oversee and supervise all staff on performance and skillsetResponsible for both patient and staff schedulingMaintain patient, physician and Nurse Practitioner medical recordsEnsure all dialysis centers maintain productivity while keeping within the fiscal budgetMet standard of quality care and excellence with respect and dignityParticipate in core team meetings, clinic CQI/ GB programs and Risk ManagementFoster open communications with attending Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient careCreate, implement, and administer policies, procedures and resources to ensure safe, appropriate treatment of patientsKeep abreast of all CMS, CDC and ESRD NetWork guidelines and recommendation and Corporate  policies to ensure compliance within the dialysis departmentEnsure that all dialysis clinics are maintained in survey ready statusDevelop rapport with patients or hospital partners and manage patient concerns appropriately

 

 

Qualifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland** Master’s Degree Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum of 2 years ofexperience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experiencMinimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis preferrblyAbility to learn other systems applicable to Clinical operationsDemonstrates leadership abilitiesSound decision making and judgement skillsEffective communicator and an agent of change Proven ability to provide clear direction and delegation to staffMust posses a strong ability to identify and solve complex problems with rational thinking skillsOrganizational and management skills are essential
