We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) With 40% travel (Projects & Customers will be anywhere across the Southeast Region – NC, SC, GA, AL, TN). The **Southeast Region** is seeking a dynamic and strategic **Regional Data Center Services Leader** to join our team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the execution, growth, and long-term strategy of data center service projects across the region. You will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving regional service agreement growth within these highly complex projects, and ensuring strong operational and financial performance. Supported by dedicated Project Managers, Project Engineers, and a Resource Coordinator, you will partner closely with local leaders to staff, develop, and empower technicians to meet the demanding requirements of our long-term data center customers. This position plays a critical role in advancing our service capabilities, expanding recurring revenue, and delivering sustainable profitability for the Southeast Region. **What you will do:** · Primary responsibilities include engaging with the National Data Center Team to ensure clear visibility into data center projects, accurately forecast labor needs and revenue generation, establishing accurate project timelines, and validating scope and cost prior to pricing. This role will also help define the long-term execution strategy for these projects. · Works with local business leaders to drive project execution. · P&L responsibility, provide monthly revenue forecasting, help drive service agreement base growth, repairs/installation by partnering with the national and local acquisition teams (sales). · Risk mitigation - responsible for managing risk in service agreements and repair work (claims). · Leads the Data Center Team, including local Technicians assigned to specific project locations. Oversees the DC Service coordination function to ensure timely and efficient support for Data Center customers, works with local leaders to maintain an appropriate balance of technician training and skill levels, and optimizes resource utilization across the region. · Confirm margin expectations are met during sales and fulfillment activities. Maximize cash flow by ensuring invoices are generated immediately upon completion of work, managing expense budgets, and increasing utilization of the service team.   Ensure that standard service work processes are followed.  Improve transactional processes impacting the customer experience and increase overall customer satisfaction. · Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team to ensure a safe and productive work environment both in the shop and at customer sites. · Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.  During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.  **What you will bring:** · 5+ years experience in HVAC or a related field, technical systems (or equipment or skilled trades). · 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules. · Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution for startups and customer requests. · Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft applications. Salesforce experience considered an asset. · Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. · We prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles. **Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:** $110,900.00 - $198,555.00 **Compensation Type:** Salary **Incentive Eligible:** Yes **Sales Commission Eligible:** No **Disclaimer** : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
