Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Culture & Engagement Partner to shape and strengthen our company culture, drive employee engagement initiatives, and enhance our employer brand presence in the Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) market. In this role within the SEAO People Team, you will also support HR Business Partnering activities to help build a thriving and inclusive workplace.Role and Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Experience Partnering
Develop strategy and action plan to strengthen employee engagement programmes aligned with organisational goals and employee value propositions, including:Employee recognition frameworksEmployee engagement programs & wellness initiativesRunning employee resource groups and clubsDesigning and executing events such as townhall, annual dinnerEngage internal stakeholders including senior management and business units, to seek feedback and support for culture and engagement initiatives to drive a collaborative and high-performing culture.Work closely with HRBP to support employee lifecycle initiatives such as first day on boarding, employee check-ins, performance management and engagement surveys.Collaborate with L&D team in continuously improving the employee on-boarding journey.Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COE) to ensure that culture and engagement practices support the overall People Agenda and are aligned with the practices in Talent Management, Recruitment, Pay Equity, DEI and more.Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives as needed.Employer Branding & Communications
Develop and implement internal and external employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice, including:Ongoing communication, targeted and broad-based; specific campaigns, as well as change management for key initiatives with high impact Upkeeping the company intranet communityDrive social media content (primarily LinkedIn), careers site updates, and branding campaigns.Create engaging employee communication materials to amplify culture & engagement initiatives.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.At least 5–6 years of relevant experience in Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or HR Business Partnering roles, preferably in a multinational environment.Proven experience designing and executing employee engagement or culture-building initiatives.Familiarity with content creation tools (eg. Canva) and LinkedIn marketing for employer branding.Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.Positive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and collaborative approach.Creativity and hands-on execution ability.#Li-Midsenior
