Allied Universal® Technology Services is looking to hire a Regional Coordinator. The Regional Coordinator is responsible for all clerical aspects of the region. The Coordinator will contribute to the successful operations of the region by providing sales, accounting, service, fleet, safety, onboarding, receivables, licensing, and project support to the Regional Vice President and Corporate Shared Services. The Regional Coordinator will work in accordance with the organization’s office policies and procedures, keeping in mind the overall core values of Allied Universal Technology Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with sales-related tasks such as submittals, bids, and proposal creationsCollaborate with Site Leads in the local regionPartner with the Corporate Safety Team on the Regional Safety Program tasksSupport the Corporate Licensing Team to ensure branch locations and employees are in compliance with state and local licensing requirementsExecute additional tasks and special projects as directed by the Regional Vice PresidentQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVES):
In-office role during business hours (not remote)High School Diploma requiredMinimum six (6) years of related experience in an office environmentExperience overseeing financial reporting, inventory support, vehicle fleet management and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatroy requirementsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks requiring knowledge of technical and business environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-up and leadership abilitiesProven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and with external partnersHighly self-motivated with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate in team environmentsStrong analytical thinking and decision-making skills with the capacity to mange multiple priorities under tight deadlinesDemonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentOccasional travel required (5-10%)PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
