Responsibilities: • Oversee accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and efficient payments. • Develop, monitor, and analyze annual budgets to align with organizational objectives. • Conduct audits to assess financial practices and ensure adherence to internal and external standards. • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and support decision-making. • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across the region. • Collaborate with teams to enhance financial operations and streamline processes. • Utilize spreadsheets and financial tools to manage data effectively and provide detailed reports. • Support leadership by providing financial insights and recommendations. • Monitor financial services through platforms like ADP to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in accounting and financial management. • Proficiency in using ADP and other financial service platforms. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. • Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements. • Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance standards. • Ability to manage and develop annual budgets effectively. • Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools for financial analysis. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
