On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. **What you will do:  **   · Ensures that quality standards are maintained, after an order is closed, for contracting process and functions required for execution and customer satisfaction, including new equipment, existing building services, and building automation. · Overall contracting responsibility for the following functions within the categories of new equipment, existing building services, and building automation: order validation, order entry, order follow up, customer inquiry, engineering, submittals, service operations, building automation operations, project management, technical support, warranties, claims, and resource allocations. · Develops or works with team leaders/coaches to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities. · Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed. **What you will bring:**   · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in facilities or HVAC systems preferred. · Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred. · Travel within the Region required. · Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: o DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. **Compensation:** **  **   **Base Pay Range: $126,700 to $199,500 annually** Total compensation will include an incentive plan.
