Kimley-Horn is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Raleigh, NC office! This is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex contract issuesReview, negotiate, and help resolve a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clientsWill work with professional staff to address contracting needs across offices, while making sure there are appropriate resources and addressing specific problem areasOrganize and manage contract activities that result in high quality reviews, clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issuesCoordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and the overall quality of contract reviews Qualifications 5+ years experience in a related roleBachelor’s Degree Relevant experience related to reviewing and resolving contracts (Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry preferred)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlinesDetail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Desired Qualifications:
