The Manager, Regional Compliance, is responsible for serving as a liaison to business partners, providing direction and guidance related to the Diagnostics Platform and Operating Company-specific Compliance programs, and facilitating the implementation of systems and infrastructure to support Compliance program initiatives. This position reports to the Director, Healthcare Compliance Programs, and is part of the Diagnostics Legal and Compliance department. The position will be located in Brazil and will be working remotely to cover the Latin America region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's degree + At least 8 years of recent related work experience (or 5+ years of related work experience with a Masters degree). + Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global corporate environment; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. + Previous experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotech industry with a multinational company. + Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and perform well in high-pressure dynamic environments.
