Join our Central-European Sales Team at Honeywell Sensing Solutions and be the driver of exceptional channel management and business development initiatives with our major clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. **Your role as a Regional Channel Manager** As a Regional Channel Manager at Honeywell, you will drive strategic growth, build strong relationships, foster excellence and revenue growth with selected local and pan European channel partners. You will work fully remotely with frequent travel activities, managing and visiting partners across the DACH region. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic growth and success. Your sales drive and expertise in managing channel partners will enable you to build strong relationships and provide innovative solutions to the end-customers working with our partners. You are supporting marketing initiatives and drive branch engagement to position Honeywell as a preferred supplier within these partners. Management reporting is also an important part of your responsibilities. By focusing on a customer-centric approach, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth, positioning the company as a market leader. **Key responsibilities** + Manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships + Develop and execute strategic channel plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions + Identify new business opportunities within new and existing accounts. Collaborate cross-functional to deliver value-added solutions and innovate for customers and partners + Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective channel management + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth **Key skills and qualifications** + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in channel, account or business development management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets + Technical background such as Bachelor's degree in a technical field + Strong people skills and ability to effectively build, maintain and manage strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders + Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and resilience in a high-pace work environment + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German (mother tongue) and Business English (fluency) + Proficient in CRM software / Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite + Based in the DACH Region **Our offer** In this role, your impact on the company and your personal development will be transformative.
