Job Description

Our product is state of the art B2B suite, which is rolled out in EU, AP  to drive sales and reduce manual tasks.

We foster close collaboration with regional teams to deliver a B2B platform that is tailored to local needs, while carefully balancing effort, costs, and value creation.

B2B Portal ensures to deliver a seamless, efficient, customer focused experience along the whole user journey:Access Management, Order Management,Product Catalog Management,Customer Management, Pricing and Rebate,…

The Regional Business Support is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and continuos improvement of the B2B Portal across the Region. Provides multi-level support, manages functional requirements, contributes to product quality, and supports documentation, testing, and implementing activities in collaboration with Product, GTM and Local Key User teams.

The GTM Regional Consultant acts as the regional link between local key users and the global product teams, maintaining accurate contact data and ensuring consistent adoption across regions. Provides proactive consultancy, training, and support to empower local key users, driving consistent, high-quality execution of global initiatives to foster digitalization.
