What You'll Do
Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) is a functional practice area within BCG that is at the core of BCG’s heritage and current work across all industries. The Transactions & Integrations team sits within CFS and encompasses 3 topics: Mergers and Acquisitions, Post Merger Integrations, and Carve-out. You can find some details on these topics on BCG.com.
As a Regional Practice Area Senior Offer Manager for North America Transactions and Integrations and Global PMI, you will be a thought partner to regional Transaction & Integrations and Global PMI leadership, co-developing strategy, translating priorities into execution, and driving priority initiatives across the practice. You will also work closely with the broader Corporate Finance Team. Key responsibilities will include:

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role begins at $124,000 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $167,000 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
