Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all in-field activity across the Southern Region to achieve results and agreed-upon targets. Maximise market opportunities, HCP segment understanding, and Account Specialist team dynamics to drive performanceCoach, mentor, support and develop direct line reports to enhance individual competencies and elevate overall team performance. Hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations.Provide robust insights and feedback to the Brand Team to shape strategic and operational direction, for both short- and long-term successEnsure high quality delivery across all aspects of in-field team business execution, including Integrated Account Management, performance analysis, budget allocation, engagement skills and cross functional working. Set expectations and drive the pace for brilliant business process and organisationCollaborate and develop strong professional relationships with key customers and internal partners to ensure that all appropriate AbbVie resources are being utilized to address customer needs and improve sales performanceRole model the AbbVie Ways of WorkingGeneral Accountabilities

Commercial experience within pharmaceutical/healthcare industryFunctional understanding of infield pharmaceutical rolesExperience leading and developing teams – preferredKnowledge of haematology-oncology therapy area – preferredCompetent in flexing leadership & communication styleStrong data literacy & analysis skillsetEducated to degree level, or, degree calibre & ABPI qualifiedConfidence in operational implementation of the ABPI code of practice
