Airswift is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work in a permanent position in Brazil for a global leader in industrial dry ice blasting, surface preparation, and industrial painting services.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing relationships with key accounts in Brazil and the Northern region of South America (including Colombia, Panama, and Peru). The professional will combine business development, client engagement, and project support to ensure an outstanding customer experience and sustained revenue growth.
Required:
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments. Experience with Power Plants. Willingness to travel.Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience with CRM systems and consultative selling. Knowledge of HRSG and Thermal Engineering.Location: Brazil
