Regional Account Manager
The OEM Americas Regional Account Manager shall manage all elements of the business relationship with a defined set of OEM appliance manufacturers within the boiler segment. As the successful candidate you will build relationships to best understand the customer's business needs to provide appropriate products and solutions. You will define the sales and growth strategy for a customer segment while aligning business activities with critical business objectives. You will identify new opportunities, while building credibility, by utilizing your product and services knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customer. You will develop and maximize the Resideo presence and market share at this key OEM account. The Regional Account Manager will work to drive the Resideo agenda at our Key OEM customer, while delivering solutions to position the customer for continuous growth. The ideal candidate will be located in Golden Valley, MN; Columbus, OH; Harrisburg, PA; or Louisville, KY to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. **JOB DUTIES:** + Manage and plan account activity with quarterly business reviews. + Analyzes business data and gathers field insights to understand industry trends and develop market intelligence and then drives cross-functional actions based on those findings. + Provide monthly forecasts to sales and finance leaders. + Internally report out on progress with Executive team within the business. + Drive growth and strategy within customer segment by utilizing products and services + Manage programs and product customization projects with internal and external stakeholders. + Establish relationships with all key stakeholders. + Develop and own C-Suite level executive relationships. + Experience negotiating transactional and long-term agreements. **TRAVEL:** 50% **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 5+ years of experience in the HVAC, Hydronics or comparable field + 5+ years of direct sales experience, including experience selling out of a B2B sales model + Experience with multi-faceted accounts or market segment **WE VALUE:** + Proven track record of driving results and sales growth + Sales experience supporting OEM customers + Business financial analysis capabilities + Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization including C-suite and ownership. + Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact with all levels of management. + Excellent organization & project management skills **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Opportunity to make a difference and leave an impact! + Growth: Join a dynamic team with ample opportunities for professional and personal development + Resideo provides comprehensive benefits, including life and health insurance, life assistance program, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability insurance, 401k Plan, vacation & holidays. \#LI-TD1 \#LI-REMOTE Resideo is a $6.76 billion global manufacturer, developer, and distributor of technology-driven sensing and control solutions that help homeowners and businesses stay connected and in control of their comfort, security, energy use, and smart living.
