Region Finance Manager – South Region (Remote, Atlanta-Based)

We’re looking for a financial leader with transportation or multi-location service industry experience to support operational and financial performance across multiple sites.

This is a remote position; however, you must live within one hour of Atlanta International Airport and be able to travel about 50% of the time to the locations you support.

In this role, you’ll safeguard company assets, analyze financial results, and partner with regional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and contract evaluation. You’ll also train operations staff to strengthen financial literacy and drive smarter decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Audit location-level accounting processes for compliance and accuracy

Mentor operations staff on financial practices and systems

Support fleet activities, including right-sizing and transition planning

Develop financial models for bids and contract evaluations

Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reporting

Provide ad hoc analysis and insights for regional leadership

What We’re Looking For

Experience in transportation or multi-location service industry (required)

Based within 1 hour of Atlanta International Airport with ability to travel 50%

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA a plus)

5+ years of finance/accounting experience

Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

Advanced Excel skills (macros a plus)

Ability to train and mentor non-financial staff
